Meet the Board

Kirsty Soper

I have been part of the fabric of Chaucer Primary School for over three decades, and in my current role as Assistant Head Teacher, I see every day the incredible potential of our town. For me, being on the Pride in Fleetwood board is about more than just a 10-year plan; it is about ensuring a bright, sustainable future for our younger generation.

My professional background gives me a unique perspective on the challenges our families face, alongside my keen interest in Special Educational Needs (SEN). I am committed to making sure that as we invest this £20 million, no one is left behind.

I want to ensure that every child in Fleetwood—regardless of their starting point—grows up in a town that offers them opportunity, inclusivity and a sense of belonging.
